Created as a celebration of the company’s thirty-year anniversary, For the Past 30 Years shone a light on the experiences of women, who have spent the last three decades working in Theatre, Health, Community, Probation, Education and Business sectors.

Following interviews with over 50 women, six award winning writers (Naylah Ahmed, Stephanie Dale, Katy Knight, Stephanie Ridings, Hanna Silva and Polly Wright) developed six monologues which reflected on the political and social shifts of recent times.
